We want every Globetrotters trip to feel amazing and stress-free. To keep things clear and fair for everyone, here are the policies that apply to all of our group trips:

Payments & Cancellations

• $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot (applied to your total balance).

• Cancel 90+ days before departure → partial refund (minus $500 deposit).

• Cancel within 90 days → no refund or credit.

• Reservations are non-transferable.

• Payments must be made on time. Failure to pay within 14 days of a due date may result in loss of your reservation without refund.

Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is required for all group trips.

• Proof of coverage must be provided at least 30 days before departure.

• Refunds due to cancellations, emergencies, or interruptions must be claimed through your travel insurance provider.

Guest Responsibilities

• Arrive on time — late arrivals may miss activities without refund.

• Guests are responsible for baggage, hotel incidentals, and personal expenses.

• Wake-up calls and reminders are a courtesy only. Missed activities are non-refundable.

• Only activities, hotels, and transfers listed in the official itinerary are included. Independent activities are at your own risk and expense.

Conduct & Participation

• A positive, respectful group environment is expected at all times.

• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.

• Guests who leave early or are removed due to misconduct are not entitled to any refund or credit.

What’s Included / Not Included

• Included: all activities, accommodations, meals, and transfers listed in the itinerary.

• Not included: tips, alcohol, non-itinerary meals, excess baggage fees, and optional activities not listed.

Itinerary Flexibility

• Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety, or availability.

• If changes are needed, equivalent alternatives of the same value will be provided.

Media Release

• By joining, you agree that photos/videos taken on the trip may be used for promotional purposes.

• If you’d prefer not to be featured, please let us know in writing within 30 days after the trip.
