Day 1: Welcome to Tokyo! (D)
  • Arrive in Tokyo and transfer to your hotel.
  • Enjoy a relaxed meet and greet welcome dinner at the hotel.
Day 2: Exploring Tokyo (B, D)
  • Visit the tranquil Meiji Jingu Shrine.
  • Stroll through Omotesando’s chic streets and experience the iconic Shibuya Crossing.
  • Take in panoramic views from the Tokyo Tower observation deck.
  • Savor premium wagyu beef during a sukiyaki dinner at Ningyocho Imahan.
Day 3: Tokyo’s Cultural Gems (B, D)
  • Explore Asakusa Temple and shop along Nakamise Street.
  • Drive through Odaiba and visit the immersive digital art exhibits at TeamLab Planets.
  • Take in breathtaking views from the Tokyo Sky Tree.
  • Experience an interactive meal at Zauo, where you can fish for your own dinner.
Day 4: Adventures in Tokyo (B)
  • Embark on a thrilling Mario Kart experience, driving through Tokyo’s famous streets dressed as your favorite character.
  • Enjoy free time to shop, explore hidden gems, or relax.
  • Experience Tokyo’s vibrant nightlife at a renowned nightclub.
Day 5: Journey to Kyoto (B, D)
  • Board the iconic bullet train for a scenic journey to Kyoto.
  • Visit the famous Fushimi Inari Shrine, known for its striking vermilion torii gates.
  • Relish Kyoto’s renowned cuisine at your hotel or a local restaurant.
Day 6: Kyoto & Nara Adventures (B, L, D)
  • Interact with the friendly deer at Nara Park.
  • Visit Todaiji Temple, home to Japan’s largest bronze Buddha.
  • Participate in a sushi-making class and learn the art of crafting this iconic dish.
  • Engage in an exciting samurai experience to explore the history of these legendary warriors.
  • Dress in traditional attire for a Kaiseki dinner, Kyoto’s multi-course culinary delight. Enjoy an elegant Maiko performance.
Day 7: Kyoto to Tokyo & Farewell Dinner (B, D)
  • Visit Kyoto’s Kiyomizu Temple and Kyoto Imperial Palace.
  • Stroll through the historic streets of Gion.
  • Return to Tokyo via bullet train.
  • Celebrate your journey with a farewell dinner at Gonpachi Nishi-Azabu, famously known as the inspiration for the Kill Bill fight scene.
Day 8: Farewell to Japan (B)
  • Transfer to Tokyo Airport for your flight home, taking unforgettable memories with you.

  • Weather-Appropriate Clothing: Check the forecast for autumn temperatures and bring layers for cooler evenings.
  • Medications and Toiletries: Bring any personal medications and travel-sized toiletries.
  • Light Rain Jacket or Umbrella: Autumn weather may include occasional rain.

Refund Policy

Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable. This ensures your reservation and guarantees arrangements for your trip.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made at least 90 days before the trip start date will be eligible for a partial refund of payments made, minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 90 days of the trip start date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Reservation Transfers:
Reservations are non-transferable to another person or future trip.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Insurance should cover unexpected events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel interruptions.
