Joining a We Are Globetrotters trip means committing to the schedule and group dynamics that make our adventures seamless and enjoyable for everyone.

 

Punctuality is essential: Our daily itinerary is carefully planned, and we adhere strictly to the schedule. Guests are expected to be ready and in the designated meeting area at the scheduled time for each activity or transfer. This ensures that the group experiences all planned activities without delay.

 

Group trip etiquette: As this is a group trip, your punctuality contributes to the overall experience for everyone. We strive to create a positive and unforgettable journey for all, and maintaining the schedule helps foster that environment.

 

Missed activities: If you are not present at the designated area at the scheduled time, the group will proceed without you. Unfortunately, missed activities, transportation, or meals due to tardiness will not be eligible for reimbursement or rescheduling.

Refund Policy

Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable. This ensures your reservation and guarantees arrangements for your trip.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made at least 90 days before the trip start date will be eligible for a partial refund of payments made, minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 90 days of the trip start date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Reservation Transfers:
Reservations are non-transferable to another person or future trip.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Insurance should cover unexpected events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel interruptions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Payments that are late or declined will incur a $25 late fee. payments that are not received or are late more than 14 days will result in forfeiture of prior payments and forfeiture of your reserved spot on the retreat due to non-payment.

After you choose your room type and make your deposit, automatic monthly payments equal in total to the cost of the room type you have selected will be due on the dates specified in the payment plan. you will be subscribed automatically when you choose your payment plan frequency and agree to the terms and conditions on the registration form. all payment plans incur a 4% transaction fee except for zelle payments.

The sooner the better, if needed we will advise you on the best way to get your flights at the best cost possible.
Travel insurance should be purchased after you have made your deposit.
You will receive a detailed itinerary 1 month prior to departure.

In the event there are no travelers to pair you with, you will be upgraded to single occupancy. single occupancy pricing will apply
